Depending on the time or day the order is received, it will be processed according to the following procedure

  • Step 1 - we will check for payment- goods are only dispatched once money is clear in our account/s
  • Step 2 - we may call the customer to verify the item/s ordered are what is required, e.g., in instances where there are variations
  • Step 3
    • If verification is positive before 13pm on the same day we will complete fulfillment process, i.e., pick, pack, book courier and await collection. (Orders cannot be cancelled after positive verification)
    • If verification is negative, we will resolve the issue and complete the fulfillment process or cancel.
  • Step 4 - order will be passed on to the courier and tracking details will be uploaded to the website
  • Note
    • Orders by 13pm are processed same day on business days which are Monday to Friday, couriers do not work on weekends, public holidays. Festive period delays are to be expected.
    • Delivery times are as per the selected service, which are estimates, and items may be delivered earlier or later than the specified times. While we and the couriers will make every effort to ensure the order is delivered according to the specified time, the customer absolves us from any delays that are beyond our control. Delivery to outlying areas take longer for delivery.
    • Should the customer choose an express service, while the best effort will be made to ensure the order is delivered on time, we do not provide any guarantee and we will not be held responsible should any delays occur.
    • We do not allow customers to arrange their own courier unless it is for a bulk order that has been palatalized which prior arrangements will have to be made.
  • Bulk orders
    • Such orders may require palatizing which is cheaper, but may result in a delay as some couriers require a 24 hour notice to collect a pallet. Should an order need to be palatalized, please contact us first to confirm and advise us if delivery is required by a tail lift truck. Customer must ensure they have the facility and equipment to handle a pallet.

Delivery International

Delivery to international destinations is limited to certain destinations but is via FedEx.

      • We do not undervalue orders
      • Customer is responsible for all customs taxes, duties, administration, agent and any other clearance fees for their chosen country of delivery. Under no circumstances will we cover any costs. Should an item be returned due to customer's failure to clear, any costs encumbered to receive the goods will be borne by the customer.

      Taking Delivery

      • The person taking delivery must check that the item is for that receiver. If the item is incorrectly delivered to the wrong address then reject delivery.
      • Inspect the package, make sure it is not damaged, if it is damaged or shows signs of damage
        • Do not reject the delivery even if the box is damaged
        • Write on waybill "damaged" and take a picture of the waybill. Failure to note the damage on the waybill, will result in the courier trying to absolve themselves of any responsibility.
        • Immediately take clear pictures of the packaging and the damage on the item
        • Contact us immediately, or within 24 hours, by emailing support and note all damages and send pictures. Label each item and the corresponding picture
      • Open and inspect all item/s as soon as they are received and check what was ordered is what was received. If there is a discrepancy
        • Do not reject the delivery if the item delivered to the correct address but incorrect
        • Contact us immediately, or within 24 hours
        • Must be returned in the original condition as supplied, including all accessories such as studs, pipes, seats, washers that may be required when installing. If you receive the incorrect item but it gets damaged while in your possession, we will not accept a return for it.
        • If the wrong item is received, the customer is obligated to take reasonable care of the products while they are in the customers possession, including on the customers premises or in their vehicle or held by their representative, until the item has been returned. Failure to comply with this obligation, will result in the customer being liable to compensate us.
      • Should no one be present at the time of delivery and the item is sent back to the depot or returned to us, the customer will be responsible for payment to dispatch a second time

      Additional Terms & Conditions

      • Once the Goods are in the possession of the courier service, the risk and potential damage associated with those Goods shall rest with the Purchaser.
      • Delivery shall be deemed complete when the Goods are:
        • Unloaded at their destination if transported using Eklutna Trading 9 cc’s vehicle;
        • Loaded when the Goods are to be carried by the Purchaser or a carrier arranged by either Eklutna Trading 9 cc or the Purchaser to transport the Goods to the Purchaser.
      • If Eklutna Trading 9 cc agrees to engage a carrier to transport the Goods on the Purchaser’s behalf, then:
        • Eklutna Trading 9 cc is authorised to select a carrier under such terms and conditions as it considers appropriate;
        • The Purchaser shall indemnify Eklutna Trading 9 cc against all claims and demands made by the engaged carrier, along with any liabilities incurred by Eklutna Trading 9 cc related to the transportation of the Goods.
        • Risk in the Goods will transfer to the Purchaser upon delivery of the Goods to either the Purchaser or the designated carrier as outlined above.
      • If the Purchaser fails to accept delivery of the Goods by the due date, the risk will immediately transfer from Eklutna Trading 9 cc to the Purchaser, who shall reimburse Eklutna Trading 9 cc, upon request, for reasonable costs incurred, including storage and insurance during the delay. Furthermore, the Purchaser acknowledges that if it does not collect and accept delivery of the Goods within 30 (thirty) days of receiving notice from Eklutna Trading 9 cc, Eklutna Trading 9 cc shall have the right to remove and dispose of the Goods as it sees fit, without any liability to the Purchaser.
      • Unless the Purchaser requests authorisation for the return of Goods for credit (RFC), Eklutna Trading 9 cc shall be exempt from and not liable under any circumstances for complaints or claims regarding any alleged shortages or non-compliance of the Goods with the terms of the contract.
      • The signature of any employee, representative, or agent of the Purchaser on Eklutna Trading 9 cc’s or the appointed transporter’s (whether chosen by Eklutna Trading 9 cc or the Purchaser) official delivery note or waybill, or the delivery note from any authorised independent carrier, will serve as conclusive evidence of the delivery of the purchased Goods.
      • Notwithstanding any other provisions in these terms and conditions, Eklutna Trading 9 cc’s obligation to deliver the Goods is subject to the following conditions:
        • Availability of stock at Eklutna Trading 9 cc.
        • The timely receipt by Eklutna Trading 9 cc of any instructions regarding the Goods.
        • Timing of delivery will not be of the essence, and any delivery date provided is merely an estimate. Eklutna Trading 9 cc will make all reasonable efforts to prevent late deliveries.
