How To Order

If this is your first time buying from us, below is a breakdown of our customer ordering process.

Online

  • Find Your Product - Navigate our website to find the product that you need.
    • On PC - You can do this via the search bar or via the categories tray that opens on the left when you click "Shop Parts".
    • On Mobile - You can do this by clicking on the menu button icon (3 lines with magnifying glass) to pull out the category tray and search bar.
    • Note prices displayed exclude VAT, and VAT is added at the checkout stage
  • Adding To Cart
    • Decide how many units you need and adjust the quantity by clicking on the +/-, then click "Add to Cart".
    • Once the item is added, an Add to Cart notification will display.
  • Viewing Your Cart
    • To view your cart, click on the cart icon at the top right corner
    • "My Cart" will pop up
    • You can increase/decrease the quantity of the items in your cart.
    • Remove items completely
    • Proceed to checkout (See below for Checkout instructions)
  • Shipping Cost - If you want to know the shipping cost before you checkout
    • Follow the "Checkout" process until you get to "Select Shipping & Payment Method
  • Checking Out
    • Click on the cart icon at the top right to open your cart
    • Review your items and click "Proceed to Checkout" which will take you to the "Shipping Address & Notes" stage
    • Add "Reference or Notes", e.g., your internal order number
    • Select your "Shipping Address" (or "Add a new address" if required) and click "Continue" which will take you to the "Shipping & Payment Method" step
    • Select your "Shipping Method"
    • For "Payment Method" we currently accept EFT, card or paylater (Payflex/Float)
    • Note the costs then check agreement to terms and conditions and click "Review & Pay"
    • Review the following
      • Delivery address & shipping method
      • Payment method
      • Billing address
      • Items & costs - note that on checkout the prices displayed include VAT
    • If you are paying via card, click on "Pay" to be redirected to our merchant portal or
    • If you are paying by EFT click on "Confirm Order & Conclude Payment" to confirm your order and see bank details. Funds must reflect in our account within 1 hour of confirmation if ordered during the business day or by open of business on the next business day if done after working hours.
    • Order Fulfilment
      • Orders must be received by 1pm for same day dispatch
      • Depending on the time or day your order is received, it will be processed according to the following steps
      • Step 1 - we will check for payment
      • Step 2 - we will call the customer to verify the item/s ordered are what is required
      • Step 3
        • if verification is positive, we will complete fulfilment process, i.e., pick, pack, book courier and await collection
        • if verification is negative, we will resolve the issue and complete fulfilment process or cancel
      • Step 4 - order will be passed on to courier and you will receive tracking details a short while thereafter.
